  6. To install, just unzip to any directory and run the
  7. SETUP.EXE.  To uninstall, go to Control Panel and then
  8. to Add/Remove programs and choose Bill's Simplified
  9. Guide to HTML 3.0 and remove it.

  11. All of the sample HTML files and text files that are found
  12. within this program can also be found in the directory that
  13. it was installed.  (../Program Files/Bill's...)
  14.  
  15. This program is designed to teach you the basics of
  16. HTML.  It covers how to manipulate text, create links
  17. to other pages, work with graphics, and many other
  18. aspects of HTML.  This program is perfect for the 
  19. beginner who is not interested in all of the complex
  20. HTML uses when all they want to do is create a simple
  21. web page.
